Service Impact: All phone services provided by NineStar.

Reason: We will doing work to start bringing in additional resources into our phone switch. During this time we expect phone services to be completely out while these resources are brought into service and tested.

Service Impact: Any customers with internal ONTs (844) in all serving areas.
Reason: We are upgrading firmware on these ONTs due to a problem observed where they will be stuck in a booting state requiring intervention to restore services. This upgrade will resolve the issue to allow a better customer experience preventing unwanted service impacts.
